Post 16 Admissions Process

Students apply to the sixth form via our online application and are invited to our annual open evening.  Cardiff High welcomes students from all schools.  Being in catchment is not a requirement for sixth form admission.  External students will be required to send in a copy of their latest full school report.  Reports will be reviewed on receipt and applicants will be notified of their application status following this. 

Following a successful application and fulfilment of entry requirements (5 GCSE's A* to C), enrolment takes place on GCSE results day.  No commitment is made by the student or school until the enrolment details are finalised between both.
